I've spent my career building products and leading teams at companies where technology meets human need. Along the way, I kept noticing the same patterns — in the teams I led, in the ecosystems I studied, in the stories I couldn't stop writing.
Now I write about those patterns. And I build tools to help other writers find theirs.
